System freez or system crush

Changed motherboard, can't boot into Bazzite

Installed Bazzite on motherboard but changed to a new one. BIOS shows up and I can clearly see Fedora partition in boot orders, but selecting any of the two available options results in no result or "insert boot drive" (i.e no OS registered) Tried with different SATA cables and connectors. The system had been laying a month or so around without being used if that is of any significance. Secure boot and TPM is disabled. fTPM I did not touch though. I don't recall of having disabled fastboot but I believe that is the case too....

KDE Window Animations / Firefox Browsing Very Choppy On Fresh Nvidia Install

Hello, just did a fresh install, and KDE animations and general OS smoothness are quite bad (window animations are often jerky or choppy). Firefox scrolling in particular feels awful. Game performance as far as I can tell is mostly fine. How to view internal drive?

I have a 2nd nvme drive in my framework 16 laptop that is ext4 formatted, but whenever I try to view in bazzite, I get a "You do not have the necessary permissions" error. How does one fix this?

Flow Z13 Sleep issues

I am experiencing an issue where any time my power state changes the device wakes up. I unplug my device from power and it wakes, ill have it sleeping and plug the charger in and the device wakes up. I hit full power and the device wakes up. Its just constant and happens on any power state change! Is it suppose to behave like this, with the steam deck when I suspend it and plug the charger in in stays off until I hit the power button so I would expect a similar behavior here....

GPD Win 4 having no sound when waking up from sleep mode

Hey everyone, I checked here before typing to ensure I wasn’t wasting anyone’s time. Unfortunately, I’m encountering an issue that occurs when I use my device is on sleep mode. The sound doesn’t work I wake up my handheld , and the volume can be physically adjusted, but nothing comes out of the speakers. My only solution that works most times is to put it back to sleep and immediately turn it on, which usually restores the sound or just restarts the system. Does anyone have any solutions to this issue? Thanks! GDP win 4 ...

Why gamescope runs all process under xwayland only? I tried many different way to fix this but could not get gamescope to run under wayland nativaly. When in steam-game-mode running process like obs under xwayland cause high gpu use ~30%. While on desktop it doesnt. I even tried desktop mode. Gamescope still launch process under xwayland instead of native wayland....

KDE not unmarking apps as 'new' when launched.

[SOLVED] Anaconda errors during install

Media Application Usability

I installed the media applications from the bazzite portal. When trying to open them in big picture mode it doesn't behave like I would expect. Pressing the menu button to open the steam menu (For instance, to swap to another app) opens the steam menu behind the media application. You can't see it, you can only hear it, and it makes it so you can't really interact with it

GTX 1660 Ti Screen flickering in game mode and black screen on boot

ok so to get around the back screen on boot I do ctrl+alt+F2 and I login then run steamos-session-select plasma to get to the desktop I do believe this relates to the screen flickering issue in game mode as I have bazzite set to boot into game mode.

Desktop keeps crashing after turning on laptop

been having issues with bazzite lately, usually things run fine but at random time the desktop crashes with no errors or logs, it just refuses to work and requires hard reset or ctrl+alt+delete and restart to get it fixed even after boot the desktop crashes while it's trying to open steam any solution?...

Grub Version 2.12 and Kernl is missing - hello, I just start with Buzzite and got my ISO on Stick

I checked Bios and startet - I read: "Grub Version 2.12" "Eingabe Grub" (I am from German and english is not best) I just in Grub to get some comands and have no idea. I proved it with the normal ISO and this ISO with Live and never had such Problems. Interesting thing: I was not able to flash this ISO with "Start Disk Creator" - Kubuntu-Iso would work. In this part something is wrong. I have to use Konsole and then I get this Problem. If I set a Komand in Grub for Boot, it tells, I have no Kern...
