TTYD Spirite Replacement Discussion

Hello,as you know or may not i develop my own mod with new dialogue en story but there is one big problem,i want to replace bobbery with Toadette but i can't because i understand nothing in hex editor and i try rename both of file sprite that not work so does anyvone has a luigi or toadette replacement for bobbery ? Or someone can explain me how hex editor work but quickly ? Also if you have a charaters idea,i can listen

help for my paper mario ttyd for charaters replacement

I would like to have some help for my own mod that I'm doing on paper mario ttyd, would someone be willing to put me in the place of the baby yoshi, paper Toad (with the animations and facial expressions) no because I know that there is a coding part for the animations (and I don't know anything about coding) as well as Toadette in the place of Bobbery (the same thing) and maybe put Rosalina (I already have the visual) in the place of Flurrie

Is there a way to make an Entity inert based on a flag?

I'm trying to make a boarded floor in Tubba's Castle not respond to player actions until they beat the Clubba that will be sleeping on top of it. Is there an easy way to do this?

Overworld Item Replacement Help

I've been attempting to figure out how to replace an item with another item on the map without swapping all instances of that item to another item. For example, swapping the Sleepy Sheep in the item block Toad Town Entrance to something else, or changing out the Fire Flower on the outcropping at the bottom of the cliff/hammer region with another item. I am unable to use the level editor or map editor due to the hardware I'm using so I'm trying to figure out what text files I'd have to edit to do this (if any text files are able to be changed for this)...

StarRod Tool Loading Error

Whenever I attempt to use a tool in StarRod other than the globals editor StarRod crashes. Looking at the logs for these crashes they are caused by being unable to find the file they were looking for (The logs claim it's likely a pointer error). Looking at the loading bar that pops up for StarRod (specifically the string editor in this case) StarRod crashes after it says that it has "Loaded String Editor". This could be caused by a permissions issue, however I've been through a multitude of java files to make sure they all have permissions that let them access the relevant files. I won't rule out me missing a file however. Also, I cannot find a file on my computer for the StarRodDev app that is launched after opening the StarRod jar file, it could be possible that a lack of permissions for this file could be leading to this problem, so if I could figure out where that app is or what other files it would rely on that might lead to a solution. This is StarRod v.0.5.2 running on macOS 11.6....

Star Rod FileNotFound Problem on Mac

I've been trying to get Star Rod v0.5.2 to run on my computer (A Macbook Air running MacOS 11.6), when booting up i keep running into this issue. I have not been able to find a solution to get past at least this point in booting up Star Rod. Picture of the exception attached.

Strange Color Palette issue? [I Think]

I am experiencing a strange issue with Palettes, or Rasters? I'm not 100% sure what causes this. I have replaced every Mario Sprite via Star Rod with the character on the left. Unfortunately, for both the standing, and tired poses, this occurs when the character moves first and steps into the shadow. Ordinarily, when this happens, it's a color palette issue, or an amount of color issue. But the color index for this sprite is 16, and the palette it would normally default to has been replaced with one that resembles an 'in the shadows' type for when the characters steps to the side. Any suggestions on why this might be happening?...
