Endstops constantly triggered

Hello! I'm trying to configure my vcore 3.1 Went through the installation of ratOS, all going well, steppers fine, movement okay, next step was checking endstops. And my y, z and probe are constantly triggered. X endstop is working fine. Any idea why? Any and all help appreciated, TIA...

adaptive Mesh generating "move out of bounds" error when parts are close to the edge of the bed.

In ratos 2.0 with adaptive Mesh enabled. If I put a part close to the edge of the bed. I get a move out of bounds error during mesh probing. Error doesn't occur with adaptive meshing disabled....

Difficulties with 48V stepper configuration

As the title states I'm having trouble getting configuring the steppers for both 48V and for AWD. I am not familiar with configuring either. Is there a good resource to learn from? I am getting the current error message when I try to home either the X or Y axis with only the default 2 rear motors. I have also attached my config to show how I defined the TMC 5160 parameters.

Stuck at control board flashing

I was not able to flash my Octopus Pro 446 automatically, so I used an external SD card to flash the firmware. After a power cycle, the firmware.bin turned into firmware.cur, indicating that the Octopus Pro 446 was flashed successfully. However, RatOS still says Octopus Pro 446 was not detected. Clicking on "check board status" does nothing, and I cannot click next.

Homing X moves Z as well

I just verified that all the steppers are working via STEPPER_BUZZ. Now I want to home axis by axis. I started with homing the X-Axis (sensorless) but before it homes X, it moves the bed downwards. Is this expected behaviour or did I misconfigure something? The following X-Axis homing is fine though.

gcode command M106 already registered

I want to reconfigure M106 to properly control the various fans from orca slicer, especially an air scrubber like a nevermore. When I do what I did for my Voron V0, i get the Error message "gcode command M106 already registered" - is there a macro somewhere in RatOS that already redefined M106?...

Retries aborting: Probed points range is increasing.

Still doing the initial config and setup and getting this error when trying to home the Z tilt. I verified that all 3 steppers are moving in the correct direction using "SET_CENTER_KINEMATIC_POSITION" and moving the bed up and down.

Sometimes KlipperScreen / Mainsail wont start, SSH is possible

So every so often, I turn on the power of the printer (and pi, which is powered with a dedicated 5V 3A meanwell PSU going to the USB-c port) My klipperscreen shows the usual pi bootup console, then it turns black and stays like that. Usually KlipperScreen comes online after a couple seconds and the Mainsail is available. However sometimes the screen stays black with the console cursor in the corner, and no connection to mainsail ist possible. A hard reset fixes is sometimes, sometimes I have to cut power several times until it boots successfully....

Beacon not triggering

I just wired up the beacon probe and the red LED turns on when I place a piece of metal underneath it but it still shows z probe as always being triggered. I was using the standard p&f probe before so im guessing I need to change something in the config so that klipper will use the pi port not the octopus probe port for the pin signal. Anyone have experience with this? I have attached my printer.cfg file

Euclid setup on EBB42 toolboard

I'm in the final stages of the setup for my Vcore 3.1 and having some issues with setting up the Euclid probe on the x endstop pin from my EBB42 (Pin PB6). Has anyone else run into this same issue with this config? tia

Repo has untracked source files - Is that normal?

After a full Update, I noticed that Klipper and moonraker show an i in the machine tab as shown in the picture. Is that normal or is somehting broken?

BTT Filament Senor V2 False Positives

I have the Btt filament sensor V2 set to 3 mm as they suggest but I get lots of false positives even though they show detected, As you can see the filament passes through the sensor then directly into the hotend. So there is no play at all. When it goes into pause the screen shows both runout and encoder detected....
