I have no idea what's causing this mess. My motor skips at >5000 accel btw. I've re-aligned the gantry like 5 times now
horrible adxl results on my v core 3.1 enclosed rat rig
my rat right has the brs-engineering A/B tentioner mod as well as the awd mod its got the vz cnc tool head with the cnc sherpa micro my prints are looking absolutly horible attached is a few pics of my graphs nothing is loose i have tripple checked and i need help please.
Belt tension check
Being somewhat unsure of how things should look like, I would appreciate it if anybody can guide me to a resource or comment on how things should look like.
While it's ramping through the frequencies, I can quite clearly hear the belts going through some resonant frequencies where the belt is slapping against the extrusions. Is that typical?...
Y-Axis problems
I have some print issues and i suspect that something is wrong in the Y- Axis anyone got an idea what could be wrong. This is the grph for Y and the other one the belt tension. the third pictureis what my belt tension looked before. so i adjusted my belt because the xy joiners werent both touching the xy idlers so it looks like this now

I finally got around to doing the decouple + FMMM mod along with replacing the PETG printed parts with some Polymaker ToughPC.
I’m looking to get my belt tension sorted now
(I wasn’t familiar w/ this prior to the rebuild).
However, I don’t really know how to interpret the graphs. ...
fix resonance
I'm still sharpening up on how to interpret, understand and fix resonance issues.
I just upgraded to 3.1, FMMM, extrusionless gantry, re setting up printer and getting some waviness in prints.
These don't look good/similiar to what I've seen.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!...

I’m god awful at interpreting these.
I have arbitrarily finger twanged both belts until they felt similar, they’re not set to a specific tension or anything.
Anything super awful to fix or should I just continue calibrating after my rebuild?...
Anyone know what could cause the peak at a little over 50Hz?
X is great and Y is close but I need to fix this peak. VC3.1 200 enclosure2 with FMMM, lightweight aluminium cutout X gantry and all printed parts are in ASA
ADXL burnt out?
At what point can I conclude my ADXL is dead? Is there a way to test? I have wired a harness to test the board using an extremely short Ethernet shielded cable and still get the (got ff vs e5) error.
I don’t think I have ever once been able to get an ADXL to work, how unreliable are these cheap boards? Should I just order a 3 pack and hope for the best?...
First belt test - vcore 3.1 300
Hi all.
Is there a person who can give me their 2 cents about this belt test? 🙂
The x gantry was a little off on one side so did the belt square thingy.
The only shaking sound I can hear is the big extruder wheel and plastic thing (with no filament) where the filament goes in (LGX lite)

V-Core 3.1 enclosed 400 interpretation of graphs
i replaced the belt because my pulley was down and now with the new belts i can't get it tensioned correctly. Now my belts are tightend to the maximum and i get this graph.
How can i interpret that ?...
Help me fix my Resonance Issue VCore 3 500
i just upgraded my VCore 3 to 3.1 and assebled it all again with a ebb42 in place. Now the resonances on my y axis are giving me a headache. What can it be?
Spikes at high mghz belt tension
Any idea what this means ?
On lower frquencies my peaks seem to almost match, should i still try to tension the belts better ?

im having some issues with ringing after IS. i have set the values to the recommended but still get ringing.
