Mumbai high ms/ping

hi I've been playing with my friend in Mumbai server for a month now, the server was fine, he's been getting 45-50ms average but today he's been getting 260ms, literally unplayable but for me it's the same. No idea what happened because yesterday his ping was completely fine. He tried his own region in EU and we can confirm it's not his wifi issue. Any fixes? Or is this the server issue?

cheater never get ban with me

I got a Jett cheater on my last game, with proof + all team mate who report her, and WE got nothing, no hacker ban no rr refund so what ? between hacker and smurf both are allowed now ? Nice riot...

I still didn't get the "FACTIONS" concept...

I dunno...in the leader board currently tenz is 1st position and has 61k ppls and he has the gun buddy which I don't want also on the other hand tarik is on the 3rd place but has the buddy I want...what should I do now like is tenz already the winner or what?

Packet loss spikes after the new update

im litterially getting packet loss spikes ALL the time in my games and idk why coz my ping is 11 and it never use to do this in the last patches >???!?!??!

Agents

so, I haven't played Valorant since early 2023, in now returning, I've noticed there a more than a handful of agents that I had before i stopped playing, Cypher, Omen, Killjoy, Neon, Breach, Kay/o, Chamber and Astra, are now locked and i have to work on getting them back, does anyone know why this is?

Valorant keeps freezing

Whenever I load up Valorant and start a match up my entire PC will freeze up. Including applications, I have up in the background. After a few seconds, it goes back to normal, then does the same thing again. Once I close out the game, the issue persists on my desktop until I restart it.

So i left a game yesterday for comp since i had to go sleep, and the reason why i was even in that game is because i qued by accident and i didn't dodge since i usually don't leave and though the ban would be only 24 hours not 7 dayys but i also played 2 or 3 rounds

Vanguard UEFI Secure Boot

every time i try to play the game, it crashes and gives me the pop up "this version of vanguard requires UEFI Secure Boot to be enabled" except, my secure boot in bios is on and no matter what i do it just crashes me, please help...

render latency issue

Im facing 15-20 ms game to render latency (cpu + gpu) tried everything.... Cant find a solution to it... I have an acer aspire 7 laptop with an i5 13420h rtx 3060 6gb and 16gb ram single stick ddr 4.... Any ways to fix this annoying issue? Please help

Routing issue

Lately I’ve been getting 50ms instead of my normal 20ms on Illinois unless I use an app called exit lag which helps with routing so I believe that is the issue please fix it or help me.
