banned 1 year for afking please help

Hello, since i tried many different ways to contact people at riot games to help me getting unbanned i think discord is the last possible way. I love valorant and i used to play it so commited every day, but suddently as i was about to play the game i saw that i was banned. The ban itself didnt matter that much for me i just closed launcher and tried it next day since i tought the ban was 24 hours because it was for afking. but no ofc it had to be one year and i already waited 4 months but now i want to play again i allready have around 400hours in this game and spend 200 bucks and i unlocked every agent. i hope someone from the developer team can help me since sending a ticket to a bot didnt even give me a answer....

Solution:

if you are banned for 1 whole year for leaving games, you have had MANY chances to either work on your behaviour or any technical issues. if the support didnt unban you, no one else will...

Network LATENCY High then Low, then High then Low

Hello Guys, i need ur help. I have a Problem in game, when i shoot the Enemy, most of the time, the hit doesnt count. I have a youtube video, where you can view my Problem: https://youtu.be/5RiqzF5auBE. In addition, my jittering (RTTK NETWORK) is incredibly inconsistent. That means that I'm sometimes at 0.1 ms then 5 seconds later briefly at 75-220ms then again at 0.1 then at 1-5ms then maybe 15ms. Hopefully you understand what I mean. I hope you can help me 🙂

Val settings bug

In my graphic settings, I initially have them on low, but when I turn off my pc for the night and load up the game the next day, all my graphics related settings get reset and put to high, and some other graphics features get reset too, this is only for gpu related settings and my other settings stay the same. I’m guessing it’s some auto optimisation issue which I don’t know how to turn on. Can anyone help?...
