I just got to level 20 but im banned on ranked for 144hours

I just reached level 20 moments ago. However, when i went to play competitive i have a 144hour game ban?? I have never played a game of competitive. I am not banned on any other gamemode. Does anyone know why?

Low FPS

My PC: (i9-13900KS RTX 4090 FE), My Laptop(i9-13900HX 4090), My other laptop also my main gaming device(i7-13700HX, RTX 4070). I am facing an issue of very low fps on each of these devices, well I havent gamed on my PC and the i9 laptop for like 6 months but on my current 4070 laptop I used to get more than a 1000 FPS on 1080p Max but after a few months the FPS drop to as low as 150 and sometimes even below 100. Valorant rank-trackers?

I know of Tracker.gg and Blitz. Blitz however has annoying ads which I want to remove but then gives me a bunch of things for LoL only? I don't play that game. Tracker.gg is instead installed through that extra-app that I don't want to have....

Allowing my own anti-virus to do stuff doesn't change a thing, does it?

Riot Vanguard is instead the anti-virus that has made me crash plenty of times all thanks to my external drive being connected. Just had to remove it and bam, now I can finally play! Then I installed Blitz, and things were instead the same once more... Crashing constantly. What can I do to make Blitz allowed?...
