LE 1.0.8 doesn't work

I have done the usual process to launch the game but for some reason the new LE 1.0.8 doesn't work. The game launches perfectly fine but it doesn't detect the LE. I press F9 nothing, F10 nothing F11 F12 and even 'HOME' still nothing. Not sure what's happening?

Try manually clicking on the drop down menu and unchecking the view LE manually?

By the way it also seems that the cold weather seasonal shirt doesn't seem to work on a created player, why is that?
