F9 doesn't work

when I open the game with LE, it already comes with the program open, and in theory I would close it with F9, and with the same key, I would open it again, however, all the F's keys are not working in LE, in others programs they work normally, only in yours they are not, is it possible to change the key that is used to open and close the program?
