Manager reputation & squad role

Hi there, I opened a ticket about this previously a while back and managed to get this working, however for some reason now when I set my manager reputation & squad role to "Starting XI", it is no longer updating in game. Do you have any idea why this isn't working? I have the latest LE & CT versions.

As you can see I've set it in here, but it's still not updating in game for some reason. I tried adding Cheat Engine to my anti-virus allow list and restarting but still nothing sadly.
