Body Type-Country BUG in Spanish Language

Hey, I found a little bug. When you set (through CT GUI) body type to be Pelé, Dembelé, Kaká... or any player with a ' or something similar, it always sets to be "Average and lean" instead. Doesn't happen with Cheat Engine database tables editor. Same happens with Cote D'Ivore (and idk if any other country).
