Game starts but the live editor doesn't appear in game

On the question site it says: "Try increasing the delay in the live editor launcher. As it is individual, for some 3000ms is fine, for others it will be 5000ms and for others it might be 10000ms, for example. Try different values unless you find one that works for you" I put in several numbers but it didn't work
