Can't launch FIFA 23 after update

After my attempt to keep fifa un updating by changing settings and such it still updated today. And now I can't even launch it. This isn't really a live editor error but I don't want to contact EA because I use mods. Anybody know if this is fixable?

If you were using FIFA Mod Manager then you probably need to remove -dataPath FIFAModData from Advanced Launch Option

I have tried deleting the moddata folder from the FIFA 23 file. Doesn't seem to work, or where can i find the advanced launch option?

In EA APP -> click on game -> Manage -> Properties

It seems because I bought the game on steam I can't manage the game through the EA app.
