Game CTD whenever I start a match (after TU5 backup recovery)

I switched back to TU5 after I accidentally updated the game. Everything's working great again uuuuntil....I start a match. Then Fifa just shuts down without any warning.

Happens both in CM and kickoff.
Anyone else experienced this?
