hi, try to repair the files game and before delete liveditormods file on fifa23 game file

First close all programs " cheat engine, live editor, modmanager, ea app and then make sure you have cheatengine 7.3 or upper installed on the computer, launch and try on EA App, find FIFA 23 in your game library and click the "Manage" button, then "View Properties", and write this inside the space "Advanced launch options": -dataPath FIFAModData , and after that go offline mode.
Then open live editor and launch mode manager tool , launch the game with mod manager tool if you want using mods.

if you don't want to use mods and only lua scripts, close all programs, launch first live editor and after that launch ea app offline mode, and click run the game

Okey, and how do i run ea app in offline mode?

I can´t find the option

on right or left corner you should make appear settings i thought or you have to cut internet of the pc if there is no setting on ea app

i've put ea app behind me and re upload origin it works better for mods

origin went down now. I have the same issue with ea App, it doesnt let me start the game with the live editor

Do you have to put this even if you just use live editor?

Having the same problem ever since EA forced me to replace Origin with their new piece of malware (EA App). Tried changing injection delay, launching with -dataPath FIFAModData, and everything offered. Nothing works. Did anything work for any of you?

Yup, at least for me. Apparently EA App doesn't let you access the game from a different user, unlike Origin. I tried running as admin from a non-admin user, so it failed to find the game. It's weird cause you could do so with Origin.

All I needed to do was run the game from my admin user (which is not ideal but it is what it is). If you're trying to run the game from a non-admin user, I suggest you try through admin user and see if the game starts.

How did you transfer your save to the admin user?

You should have a directory
C:\users\(username)\documents\FIFA23\settings
Inside there should be squads files, career files and other data files. Copy and paste them into
C:\users\(admin_username)\documents\FIFA23\settings

And you're good to go
