You're looking at the Live Editor overlay. You're posting in the Cheat Table Help channel. The Cheat Table has an option to make you unsackable.

how do i get the list at the bottom, i run it with fifa23

If you're running the FIFA 23 Cheat Table through Cheat Engine, the "unsackable" script is under Scripts > Manager > Unsackable. If you check that box you'll never be sacked.
