Live Editor Not Launching FiFa 23.

I Have The Newest Version Of LE, I Open LE, I Open The Game By Steam, It Gives Error Code:EC:203
I Open LE, I Click Run Game Button, Also Gives Error Code
I Open LE, I Have My Internet Off, I Click The Run Game Button, It Takes A While, It Says No game found after 1200 attempts, I Press Ok... (This Part Im Unsure)
Btw Using 3000 ms and Game Is Installed On C:/ Drive

Potential solutions:
- Go Online on EA App (this is required for first run)
- Change injection delay
- Run game without mods and without advanced launch options (like -dataPath FIFAModData)

- Move the live editor to the folder with the game
- Make sure the windows user that you are currently logged in on has full admin rights.
- Change game installation directory to somewhere that doesn't require admin rights
- Go to your game installation dir -> FIFA23.exe -> Properties -> Compatibility and uncheck "Run as Administrator"
- Make sure your antivirus isn't a problem

- "Failed Code 740", DEBUNKED (tried alot, didn't help)
- Move The Live editor to the folder with the game, DEBUNKED (LE is in The Games Folder)
- Make sure the windows user has full admin rights, DEBUNKED (it has admin rights)
- Go to your game installation dir -> FIFA23.exe -> Properties -> Compatibility and uncheck "Run as Administrator", DEBUNKED (it has no sort of compatibility and run as admin)
- Make sure your anti virus isn't a problem, DEBUNKED (it has been always off)
