Create `railway.toml` file for a template

How can we generate a railway.toml file from a template? that uses multiple services? Or a service and a Postgres DB. And also needs a public URL.
Can it all be configured using a railway.toml file?

damn Zima that was a perfect answer, but yeah railway does hope to support docker compose files (or their own flavour of them) at some point in the future, so you will be able define services and plugins I'm a single file like you are asking about

it's not marked as planned, but I've seen a team member publicly mention that they'd like to support that sort of thing. would likely be far in the future because there's so many more important things they'd like to do first

I wonder how railway stores the infrastructure for templates internally. May be the same approch can be used to define the templates.
