Issue with mounting volume

Hello, I have an instance of n8n running, I need to attach a volume to keep community node persistent. However, I set up the volume, mount it to the path n8n gave me on their support channel, railway then redeploys and it fails. the volume does not attach. n8n are at a loss and advise to ask the railway team why the volume isn't working as expected, so if anyone can help it would be appreciated.
