Issues with Prisma and Postgres

I'm experiencing issues with uptime when testing my application locally that connects through the edge proxy. My Prisma is correctly configured with ?PgBouncer in the URI, and PgBouncer is set to transaction mode. Previously, when I was on Aiven, I had zero P1001 (can't reach database) errors, but on Railway, the P1001 errors increase as I run more traffic locally to my database. Is it possible this is an ISP issue, or can you diagnose it on your end?
Please make sure your database server is running at `autorack.proxy.rlwy.net:58031`.
code: 'P1001',
clientVersion: '5.19.1',

This would indeed be an issue with your network, we have no reports of issues on our side.

no im just wondering if there are any consequences to over-provisioning storage hypothetically if i were allowed to provision 100tb, would there be any side effects
