Low FPS on my List

Currently I have 120 mods in my list, the biggest being Calamity, Thorium and Spirit Mod. The rest are quality of life mods, I also use them to improve the fps High FPS Support Mod and I DO NOT use Lights and Shadow. Textures I only use that of Calamity. My settings are all default, resolution 2560x1080. Frameskip off. My FPS fluctuates between 54-75. The frequency of my monitor is 75hz. But my machine is capable of running without wobble Ryzen 7 5700x3d RTX 4060ti 32Gb DDR4 3200mhz M2 NVME 1TB SSD 4000 6000 I've also tried setting it to high priority in the task manager and I didn't see any difference.
