Hwid banned
Hello,
I recently got HWID banned in Valorant for using third party, but I believe this was a mistake. The only things i used on my pc when i played the game are like spotify, tracker, opera or discord . I never ran any cheats or third-party software while playing Valorant, as I never tried to download them too.
It doesn’t make sense for my ban if I wasn’t cheating.
I reached out to support before, but the response I received was a standard message confirming the ban and the last thread got removed without specific answer.
I have my system info, installed applications, and Vanguard logs ready to provide as proof. I’m also happy to share any additional information needed to help clarify this situation.
My Valorant username is yosedde#weaqe.
Only i played on my account as i know.
This is really an overwhelming situation because I’ve spent money on this game, and I don’t want all the friendships and memories to just disappear.
I really enjoy playing Valorant and would appreciate your help in resolving this issue so I can continue.
