Blocking for account restoration
Hello, does anyone know how I can appeal to Riot Support, or does anyone have an email address for Valorant Support, which handles appeals? Since my account was banned for abusing the account recovery feature, when I submit a ticket, they say it's a final decision, even though it's a bot. I can't reach the team who will respond to my request regarding my supposedly permanently banned account. Best regards and thanks in advance.

There’s a limit to how many times an account can be recovered. If you exceed that your account will be gone permanently.
There’s no alternative way of contacting support other than the official link.
I had to restore my account twice because I got a temporary ban because I had some problem with the files.
