hello when i try to get into the winetricks gui in a game i get the message below

(wine cmd.exe /c echo '%AppData%' returned empty string, error message "wine: could not load kernel32.dll, status c0000135") i hope you can help me

Upload the whole log. I think winetricks output ends up in the game log. If not, then it might go in the heroic log.
