- on heroic's sidebar, click wine manager, install the latest GE-Proton version available - then in the game's seetings in heroic, pick that proton version instead of wine - then delete this folder /home/imp22/Games/Heroic/Prefixes/default/TADC fan game 3d (not the setting, the actual folder with your file explorer) - then run the game again if it still fails share a new log

i don't know this game, maybe it just doesn't work on linux? being a fanmade game it's hard to find reports or known workarounds for it

try turning off "Auto Install/Update DXVK-NVAPI on Prefix" in the wine settings of your game. Missing components can be installed with winetricks. It's hard to say with small / fanmade games.
