Everytime I try to open a ticket for support I get this error. Does anyone know how I can fix it ?

You could try using a different network Possibly your mobile data Have you previously spammed lots of tickets ?

I only have a total of 3 tickets over the time ive had my riot account def not that but will try another network thank you !!
