happened after an update like this...

I'm not sure. Last time this happened I logged into another account and it also got perm banned and is still banned. Don't want to find out
Did you submit a support ticket?
Not yet. Pretty annoyed this is the 3rd time it's happened to me and I still have a couple accounts perm banned.
