The game loads and works fine after the first try. I played until it crashed for about an hour then as you said the map didn't load. You have to clear your entire data from settings and start all over again from the login page. It's frustrating but the only option until they fix it.

Just curious still new at this , when the game first loads you into San Paulo Brazil or whatever the city is called. Do I have to wait the two hours each time or can I play right away
depends.
if you interacted with the map withing the last 2 hours then yes you have cooldown but if you didn't interact. for example you just woke up and didn't play the game yet then you don't have the 2h cooldown
