im lost for words, this is my first ban ever and im clueless on to how to fix it, ive made 2 tickets but both left me in the dark
Im accused of using third party software but i dont use it. Ive been playing since the beta and never usedd anything. If anybody could help me i would appreciate it so so much. Please let me know if you have any idea on what it could be
Im using Kaspersky Anticheat and Ashampoo Laptop backup. Other then discord theres nothing else running on my laptop.
And the ticket also told me it wasnt for anything like aimbot so im worried even more its buried in some filess and i cant reset my pc for something like this. Please help me do a pc check or anything thats in your mind
I also just saw the post with the integrated intel gpu and i have one. If somebody would be nice enough to check with me if thats the problem i would be forever thankful 🙏

When we impose a penalty, we consider many factors, including the severity and frequency of the disruptive behavior, as well as previous penalties. We initially respond to minor violations with warnings or restrictions, but if these are ignored and the behavior is repeated, the penalties are increased. As a rule, bans are only imposed after multiple violations of our user rules (Section 7) and not immediately after the first incident, so even a minor violation can result in a more severe penalty if it is part of repeated disruptive behavior.
If this is your first penalty, then it is a good opportunity to remind you of the type of penalty this behavior deserves.
If you have received penalties in the past, please keep in mind that continued behavior of this kind will only result in harsher penalties—possibly even a permanent ban.
In this case, the penalty is for unauthorized third-party software, but not serious software such as an aimbot, which is why it is not permanent and will end on October 29 at 9:43 p.m. UTC.

hello there can someone tell me how to recover my account i got temporarly suspended and ive just installed the game i werre in the training area and when i made a ticket i got answer that the suspend will stay and i cant make tickets . btw i m using a slow pc and i didnt use any unappopriate software or anything

After my first account got banned I played a spike rush match with my alt and it got suspended as well.
same happened with me too and after 4 tickets asking why i got banned it results vanguard detect me as i was using third party software, obviously i was not using anything of that. I'm pretty sure that i was a vanguard bug or something
Did u enable HVCI, TPM 2.0 or secure boot recently?
Cause I enabled all of those recently and got banned after 1 deathmatch

i bought a new mouse like 2 days ago and installed his software, it was the last thing that i installed in my pc and after the last val update after playing 1 match i got banned. randomly

its a Chinese mouse pretty good

saying vanguard is ass is top tier lying
sure it may not be perfect 100% of the times and it may detect false positives
but for 99.9% of the players it never happens
or, if it happens, there might actually be something in a user's machine that it doesn't like.
Not saying a cheating software, but something that acts like it or wants to access specific things in your machine

nope, i reinstall windows like 4 months ago and after that i didn't download anything pirated yet
exactly vanguard its pretty good thats why valorant does'nt have to many hackers like other games but this time im pretty sure that its unfair
maybe vanguard is detecting my mouse software as a cheating software i dont know
