false ban
So a friend of mine got a band in valo and we didn't know why. He sent the support 2 emails and got the same dumb answer. We want to know directly why he got banned, for how long, what got him banned, and we want proof. The only info we got is that he cheated or used scripts and that the ban is final. Which the person playing with at the time can deny, and 20 other friends who played with him in the last week can also deny. pls help

Same thing happened to me yesterday sent 4 tickets got the same ai response

IDK but the support is really not helping even though I try to explain everything and give logical reasons. Yesterday I bought 11000vp and today I am getting banned for cheating. 100percent I am cheating after giving 100 bucks

my first ban and it is a perma ban that I really dont know why
I mean I dont really care about new account I have nearly spent 250dollars on this
and unlike others I am pretty sure that I dont have any 3rd party software on my pc since it has exactly 29apps
