how do you get that info
You check your logs, theres a crash id at the bottom. Then you go to the cmds channel, run /crashlog and put that in there.

If you're having any issues with flarial, please reinstall it by doing the following steps:
1. Open your file explorer
2. Open both
%localappdata% and %appdata%
3. Delete both of the folder called Flarial inside each
4. Reinstall Flarial using the installer.?
there is no crash id
didnt work for me, happened again today with exactly the same log

3. Select all files (Ctrl + A)
4. Right click and Click "Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder"Will do
