Passive - Infinite Energy Reactor
Use energy to reactivate your Skills,
Skills (excluding Super Attacks) can be activated again during cooldown.
Energy used will recover over time.
The more skills that are on cooldown the faster energy will recover.
At level 2 with only one skill, IER takes roughly 12 seconds to recharge. At level 4 with 3 skills recharing it takes roughly 11 seconds. At level 5 with 3 skills and your super skill it takes roughly 10 seconds. Barrier knuckle will come off cool down while IER is recharing, if you use it again it seems to lower IER cool down by an additional less than a second but could just be stop watch reaction time differences.
Rush Attack
Fire an energy blast.
Cancels the transformations of enemy heroes it hits.
Level damage scaling: 50>51>52>54>57>61>65>70>76>82>89>97>105>114>124

Skill 1 Barrier Ball
A kick that sends a barrier flying in a target direction.
Enemies hit by the attack will have their Buff (Status Effect) Movement Speed Up converted to Debuff (Status Effect) (effect diminishes over time).
If reactiveated with Infinite Energy Reactor, the enemy will also receive additional DMG based on the amount of Debuff (Status Effect) applied.
At Skill Level 3 (Super), the number of barriers will increase.
The further you are the less damage you do. The second use is a roughly 10% damage increase (there's some rounding going on) without any debuffs. A single debut on the target seems to add roughly 5% of the original attacks damage to the IER damage, again, there's some rounding going on.)

Skill 2 - Barrier Knuckle
Lunge forward in a set direction to pummel enemies with barrier-clad fists.
Applies Movement Speed Down to enemies hit (effect diminishes over time).
Staggers enemies when the Skill is reactivated with Infinite Energy Reactor.
Skill Level 1 vs Training block: 1565 DMG and 3 second Movement Speed Down. (IER is same damage and an addition 3 seconds)
Skill Level 2 vs Training block: 1739 DMG and 3 second Movement Speed Down.
Skill Level 3 vs Training block: 2087 DMG and 3 second Movement Speed Down.
Stagger seems to be about 1 second at all levels.
Skill 3 - Android Barrier
Create a barrier that protects you and nearby ally heroes.
Gives you and nearby ally heroes extra HP.
Also applies Movement Speed Up when the Skill is reactivated with Infinite Energy Reactor (effect diminishes over time).
Barrier scales to total health, at Player level 2 with Skill level 1 Barrier gives 1.5 'notches' of health. (I don't know if notches are exactly this amount but I believe they're 1k a piece?). So at roughly 9,000 health your level 1 barrier gives you 1500 bonus health. At Max Character level with 18k health, Barrier gives roughly 4.5k bonus health.
Max Level with Skill level 2: 18 K Health Barrier gives 5k Bonus health.
Max Level with Skill Level 3: 18k Health Barrier gives about 6.25-6.5K.
IER gives 3 second Movement Up buff, and the same amount of health roughly.
Barrier lasts about 2 seconds. IER if used separately with no other barrier buff also lasts 2 seconds. IER Barrier effects stack. If you spam barrier twice as far as possible you get about 3 seconds of barrier total so its better to try and space them out if possible for duration.
Super Skill - Counter Barrier
Set up a barrier to protect you and ally heroes while creating an area of explosion.
Gives you and nearby Ally heroes extra HP.
Applies No Healing EX to enemies it hits.
The less total HP you have, the more damage dealt and the more extra HP received.
Skill does less damage the further from target.
Skill Level 1: at Max level 18k health, gives 7.5kish Barrier health, and at closest distance does 2,236 DMG with first hit and 298 DMG with aftershocks. Furthest distance does 1972 and 298 damage.
At half health: 2,777 DMG , 390 waves, 9.5K Barrier health
At quarter heath: 3,177, 425 11K Barrier Health
Less than 10%: 3,353, 447, 11.5-12k Barrier Health
Skill level 2: Same numbers, but the radius increases from 1.5 square to 3.25 Square.
Skill Level 3:
Same numbers, but the radius increases from 3.25 square to 5.5 Squares.

@Betting Robin 904 if folks like it though, just go in the training ground and do it for your favorite characters, I probably wont do too many of these as I only play like 3 characters and I don't even know if they're that interesting to do, but I certainly did learn a good bit about the way 17 works doing it myself.
