URGENT Clarification: Internship

I applied for an internship and received this rejection, which states that my application will not be considered because I am allegedly unwilling to relocate. However, I am ready and willing to relocate and would be happy to do so. I never indicated that I was not ready to move. Consequently, how can I ensure my application is reconsidered, or who should I contact, as I couldn't find any contact details on the website or in the rejection letter?
