Login Services Rejection from Apple

I built an application that uses Supabase as the backend for almost everything including authentication integration.
However, after submitting to review, Apple is constantly rejecting with the reasons said in the image.
Had anyone had this issue and how did you overcome?

Hi Luis, this is classic Apple app review. Highly unclear as to what they are referring to just from that message. However, they usually include an image screenshot attachment with a message like this for additional clarity. Did they do that in this case?
Either way, you have two options:
1) respond back asking for clarity and specifics.
2) reject the submission and resubmit so it goes to another app reviewer.
With option 2, it’s likely you might not get this rejection message unless it really is an obvious violation of their guidelines.
In my experience, they love to reject apps that do not include Sign in with Apple if you are using Google/Facebook or other 3rd party service. Are you providing Apple as a 3rd party sign-in option?
I dont want to provide Apple because the app is not strictly iOS… but maybe that is what they want?
