why the hell since ratos v2 does it NOT F!@#KING save the F@#$KING cfg, every time it reboots...it Doesnt F@#$KING save it

Which config? You are not supposed to edit anything other than printer.cfg. If you're editing ratos.cfg, like it says at the top it'll get rewritten on reboot.
What are you trying to edit and where?
