I followed a tut and now my lock screen isnt what i set it to be

So i followed a tut to clear off sum storage off my c disc and now my lock screen isnt what i set it to be and it logs in automatically, as in it doesn’t though to the usual sogn in process (idont have password btw i usually just double click and if i dont it just stays there)
