Scam Report – Developer Payment Fraud

I am going to report a scammer. His name is Evan Dickinson Flinn and working on Mobile Walla(https://www.mobilewalla.com/). His discord username is @That dude.
Incident Summary: He posted a job https://discord.com/channels/839993398554656828/1435893784838799450/1435893784838799450 I contacted him regarding freelance work for a project called NameBase He provided fake contract(order name is Baron Wu, MobileZilla) and asked me to finish the task by prev Friday. After I completed the work and delivered the code per the agreement, they informed me that their “company decided not to pay,” without giving any valid reason. He also asked me to send them money(25 USDT) first, claiming it was required before they could issue my payment. When I requested proper compensation again, he blocked me. Why I’m Reporting: This behavior is consistent with common freelance payment scams. I’m posting this report to warn others and to help maintain community safety. This is his photo:
