ig adding a small rent or need of buying claim blocks with game currency will make the game morw fun and realistic the larger the place he claims the higher his rents get this adds a expenditure to the players that they need to keep in mind to pay rents weekly and if someone fails to pay there area will be on auction by the government and also smth like players can make hotels and rent them to newbies who just joined the server and dont want the hassale of building at start but wants a luxurious...

Locater bar
Cause 1.21.6 has locater bar Soo best to remove it or if y'all do Wana see us SUFFER then add netheric helmet in bm expect for the penguin head cause it act as player hard and when wore you will disappear from the locater bar
So either remove the locater bar

Replace the player head with the proper netheric helmet in bm...
