If I’m looking into trying to buy an android specifically for spoofing. What’s the best model to get in terms of bang for buck. And how do I go about rooting the android itself. Would you recommend a certain pixel phone? Starting from scratch so I need all the info I can get on setting up this android phone

I'm sure I'm missing a step or doing something incorrectly. Steps I'm doing.
Unlocked the phone and flashed the stock image to it.
The phone loads up normally. I skip all of the account creation stuff and download and install the Magisk apk.
Once in I take the boot.img file from the original image folder that I unzipped and use magisk on that. Everything is fine.
I go back into fastboot and try to flash the magic_patched{numbers}.img onto the phone....

I did the UGPhone guide that is in #🌐│fly-guide, the right order and everything but it still doesn´t work? As soon as I login, in Pokemod it kicks me out out of Pokemod, and when I then try clicking on Pokemod again and again it just kicks me out not even a second later. Anyone that knows this issue? Anyone that is having the same issue?
I did the Pc ugphone method but the joystick for {gps joystick} with pokemod does not move me pokemod works just fine but and i can teleport but not move around with the joystick from {gps joystick app} anyone can help? please
