Just a quick question. So I want people who i give shout outs for to pop up on screen with a little icon. Would I have to add every users name? Or is there a way to ad a similar @ like there is in twitch chat? I was going to build it in alerts, but when making the message pattern it isnt working.

OBS is not loading browser source for overlay expert

Hello. I've been using overlayExpert for a while and occasionally it will go down or have connection issues, sometimes 5 mins other times I need to log back in or confirm changes, ect. Tonight it just will not load. I am using OBS 30.2.3 as it is the most recent stable version. I have re-started my pc and the software several times, logged in and out on my laptop to the web-browser editor - and that works fine - as well as edited & saved changes to the design, I even tried removing it and adding again fresh in OBS and still nothing with load. I completed the steps for help through OBS, turning off acceleration, refreshing cache and restart.... .. and now I am here.. because it still will not load. I was supposed to start 1 hr and 38 mins ago. It worked fine last night....

“Hide forever” option to time-based layers

Add “hide forever” option to time-based layers so it is easier to automatically hide starting soon layers without a chat command.

RE Stream Starting Overlay Timers

Trying to figure out the timer-based settings for 'stream starting soon' overlays; it's currently putting the overlay on again shortly after. I couldn't see 'on stream start' under event-based. What do I need to do to have these overlays on a timer and not return without having to use a command?...

Hey! I'm new and was wondering what it wanted as a link

In the text group settings it asks for a link from twitch (i think) and was wondering what the link it wanted actually was. I looked through the support forum and couldn't find the answer to my question. Im using ChromeOS and I'm trying to use the twitch extension since ChromeOS doesn't support OBS

Aw Snap! error

It tells me to see if I am using the latest version of OBS (I am) It tells me to Clear my Cache and try again (I did that) this error is continuing to pop up, it started with 1 overlay and the others worked fine, now all my overlays are not working....

Authorization Failed

So no matter what I have done, I have resynced my twitch with OBS, re signed into Overlay.expert, but no matter what I do. My overlays always pop up with the "Authorization Failed" message saying I have the wrong URL when its the same URL as the overlay provides. I am very stuck right now, as I have been trying to get back into streaming, but I can't start a stream due to my overlays not working. is there anything that can be done?

hey Im new, playing around making some simple overlays etc. tried to get the chat widget working,... and its not. not really sure what i'm doing wrong, the rest of what ive done seems to be working.
