Should I treat OD home loan(sbi maxgain) account as debt instruments? I am going to take a home loan of 1 cr. Currently my equity mf investments are much more than that, but assuming xirr as 11%, it handily beats the home loan interest rate of 7.5% while giving me some additional tax benefits(until Tai removes the old scheme) ...

Note that if you are earning you should not have much in any form of fds in the first place (also, it would not be a significant portion of your total investment anyway).

Is this fund still worth getting as their fund managers have changed recently (The last this guide was edited was around 2 years ago by the looks of it)? I don't have enough time to cover everything needed to pick a MF atm so I want to pick something and learn about judging them on the way I already have 20k invested in ICICI Liquid fund for context, I'm moving my 20k from PFFAS Flexi Cap to another fund as I'm not ready to wait long enough for it yet...
