Background Opacity in WinFroms
I'm trying to create a simple two-layered click-through program in Windows Forms which has a semi-transparent background and a non-transparent label
Zwinforms doesn't support transparency out of the box. while it is achieveable you should simply not be using winforms if you want transparancy
LDoes WPF have this feature?
Zyou should be using a different more modern framwork
