Auth Email Rate Limit

Hi, on the pricing page, it states an auth limit of 30 or 100 emails per hour for the free/pro plan respectively.

If a service is launched on one of these, and it gets popular on something like reddit or hacker news, what happens when a burst of new users tries to sign up?

What is needed to ensure a supabase instance does not become unavailable during a spike like that?
