is it possible to run edge functions on supabase dashboard?

I am curious if its possible to develop and run edge functions on supabase dashboard unlike on local machine?

Supabase gives you the tools, documentation, and community that makes managing databases, authentication, and backend infrastructure a lot less overwhelming.
