I know I have to dllImport user32 but I cant seem to get it to work

well I don't really have much of anything yet, but I've been doing small tests using code from here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/15413172/capture-a-keyboard-keypress-in-the-background but I cant get things to work

Edit: the link above is for windows forms, so it probably wont work anyway
