Missing Publication when trying to enable Realtime

I'm trying to update an existing table to enable realtime (it already had realtime enabled so i'm not sure why I had to do this again?), but I keep getting "Unable to update realtime for [tablename]: Missing publication".

Am I missing something or is this a known bug at the moment? Thanks!

I also see this on the replication database settings page
