Getting started with GoTrue on Docker

I'm looking to self-host GoTrue, but I'm having a little trouble getting started. I can't seem to wrap my head around how to use Docker to self-host, even with the docs. Can anyone offer any help?

Supabase gives you the tools, documentation, and community that makes managing databases, authentication, and backend infrastructure a lot less overwhelming.
