tmod crash when i install mods
every mod i install it crashes and sends me this report

also getting this, but it downloads the mod through steam and cant relaunch until it is complete.
@moon_usb i restarted steam itself and seems to be working, give it a try

i did a complete restart, i ended its task in task manager
