Walso getting this, but it downloads the mod through steam and cant relaunch until it is complete.
W@moon_usb i restarted steam itself and seems to be working, give it a try

Drestart it like deleting it
Dor restart it as in close it and open it again
Wi did a complete restart, i ended its task in task manager
Dyup i think i fixed it
