TML Crash On Startup

I updated TML. I'm using the default stable edition on a fresh install of both Terraria and TML. When I start TML, It either immediately crashes on a black screen, and the one time I didn't get the black screen, TML was stuck trying to load something that didn't exist. I've had this happen before, and it seemed to be fixed when I loaded the 1.3 legacy version (which works fine), but immedialy crashed on 1.4 loadup. Hoping for answers so this doesn't happen on future updates.

Issue seems to be resolved. For anyone else having this issue, I followed the flow chart and decided to try a fresh install again and it seemed to work for some reason this time.
