zalgo text turning into Chinese characters..

Hello, I wrote a simple console application generating zalgo text and everything works fine, but .. If I try to use exactly 212 (or more) cursed chars(by it's unicode) instead of getting zalgo text It gets me some chinese symbols. Is there any way to get around or fix this?
